The Ferris Wheel “Sun of Moscow”

The Sun of Moscow replaced the dismantled Moscow-850 Ferris wheel and quickly became the tallest in Russia and Europe at 140 meters, excluding the height of the elevated platform. It officially opened on City Day, 11 September 2022, celebrating Moscow's 875th anniversary.

The wheel has 30 indoor cabins, each accommodating up to 15 people, with an area of 10 square meters. Every sixth cabin features a glass floor. All cabins are equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, lighting, audio guides, and information screens.

A full ride takes 20 minutes, and on a clear day, you can see up to 50 kilometers from the top.
